Sometimes I really wonder..
Why I work so hard for.. when I feel like I'm not really cut out for this
Why some people have it so easy while u toll and slog away only to achieve zilch at the end of the day
Why even when you've invested so much into something.. you get nothing in return or your efforts and emotions are just not felt.
Why anyone can make your world break apart in just an instant.
Perhaps it's the many windows of opportunity that I've missed, or the dumbest of decisions that I've made... Or things were just not meant to be.
And perhaps things would have worked out differently for us in parallel universe(s). Or at least in the next lifetime I hope it would be.
Slowly but surely it will fade...as if it never happened
